Minute Books (George F. Huggins and Company Limited)

The collection includes minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors, deeds, correspondence and Directors' reports of the Company for the period 1918-1987.

George F. Huggins and Company Limted was established in Trinidad and Tobago in 1895 by George Frederick Huggins (1870-1941). Huggins was a prominent member of the business community and also served as a member of the Legislative Council, 1925-1927.

The documents were in possession of the Company before they were donated to The University of the West Indies Library, St. Augustine.
